FreshPaws ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We are a Canadian brand and follow Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25).

What we collect

• Email address — only if you choose to join our waitlist/notify list. Used to email you about product availability and offers.
• Usage & device data — pages viewed, clicks, approximate location, device/browser, and referral source, via analytics and advertising tools.

Cookies & tracking

We use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Vercel Web Analytics to understand traffic and measure our ads. Advertising/analytics cookies load only after you accept them on our cookie banner (Quebec Law 25 / PIPEDA). You can decline at any time.

How we use it

To run and improve the site, measure ad performance, and (with your consent) contact you about FreshPaws. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Data may be processed by our service providers — Google (Analytics), Meta (advertising), Vercel (hosting/analytics), and Neon (database) — solely to provide these services.

Your choices

You can decline cookies, unsubscribe from emails at any time, or ask us to access or delete your data by contacting us.
